Libyan expert joins Hogan Lovells in Dubai
Tarek Eltumi, who previously worked for the Libyan National Transitional Council, has joined the project finance practice of law firm Hogan Lovells in Dubai. He will help grow the firm’s presence in Libya and the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries.
