S&P sounds alarm on Gassled debt

The ratings agency placed the ratings of some $1.5bn of private debt on negative watch with a threat to downgrades of more than one notch if the Norwegian government goes ahead with its proposals to cut gas transportation tariffs for future contracts by 90%.
