Step forward for Ohio River Bridges PPP

The Indiana Finance Authority says it has received final technical and financial proposals from all four shortlisted bidding teams for its side of the $2.6bn Ohio River Bridges project. Kentucky, the other state involved, is using a traditional design-build for its part of the project.
