Balfour Beatty Capital enters Canadian PPP

The UK builder’s infrastructure investment arm will open a new office in Toronto to focus on public-private partnerships in higher education, social infrastructure and renewable energy. The office will be led by Susanna Han, previously vice president of project finance at Carillion Canada.
