Citadel buy-and-build ups stake in ASEC Cement

The Cairo-based firm has bought an additional 9 percent in the company from one of its LPs, Emirates International Investment Company. EIIC has in turn upped its stake in Citadel's cement platform company, ASEC Holdings.
