EQT acquires 51% of E.ON waste arm

The Stockholm-based fund manager has purchased more than half of E.ON Energy from Waste, one of Europe’s leading energy-from-waste companies. Vendor E.ON will retain a 49% stake following the deal, for which the amount paid was undisclosed.
