Keppel Capital raises $360m

Keppel Capital has held a first close of Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund at $360 million. It is a new closed-end infrastructure private equity fund with a target size of $1 billion. As its first investment, the firm intends to acquire an interest in the Gimi floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) facility, which is currently undergoing conversion at Keppel Offshore & Marine.
