Louisiana State Employees’ Retirement System has committed $100 million to Brookfield Infrastructure Partners IV, a contact at the pension informed Infrastructure Investor.

The $11.43 billion US public pension has a 15.80 percent allocation to private markets, of which private infrastructure makes up a proportion.

As illustrated below, this is LASERS’ first commitment to an infrastructure fund since committing to two vehicles with a 2014 vintage: BCP Energy Services Fund and ArcLight Energy Partners Fund VI.
