London CIV confirms €75m commitment

London CIV has made a maiden commitment to a renewables fund from its open-ended Infrastructure vehicle.

London Collective Investment Vehicle has agreed to commit €75 million to Green Investment Group’s Global Renewables Fund II, according to a press release on the asset manager’s website. Green Investment Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Macquarie Asset Management.

The commitment has been made from London CIV’s own Infrastructure Fund, which had generated £399 million in capital commitments from six pooled local pension funds as of October 2019.
