PSERS approves $400m commitment

The US public pension has backed an infrastructure fund.

Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System has agreed to commit $400 million to ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, published in pension’s August 2020 meeting minutes report.

The $55.10 billion US public pension has a 1.0 percent target allocation to infrastructure that currently stands at 2.4 percent.

As illustrated below, the pension fund’s recent commitments are to funds focused on the transport, renewables, utilities and energy sectors within the Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America regions.
