Squire Patton Boggs, a Cleveland-based law firm, has added Tatjana Misulic to its public and infrastructure finance team as of counsel.
Misulic, who will work out of Squire Patton Boggs’s Washington, DC office, joins the firm from Philadelphia-based Ballard Spahr, where she worked in the public finance department. Misulic specialises in bond financings, securitisations and other debt transactions with a focus on projects in the Washington, DC area, particularly PPPs. Past projects she has worked on include the I-495 HOT lanes in Virginia and the extension of the Washington Metro to Dulles International Airport.
Misulic joined Ballard Spahr in July 2013, where she was also a member of the firm’s public finance department and P3/infrastructure group. She previously worked for nearly seven years at San Francisco-based Orrick. Now, with the move to Squire Patton Boggs, Misulic hopes to work on projects beyond the Washington area.
“I was looking for a platform for myself where I could develop my expertise and also expand my footprint outside of the district,” Misulic told Infrastructure Investor. “Squire offers a very good platform in that regard.”
