Texas ERS aims to increase infrastructure investment after missing the target.

Employees Retirement System of Texas approved to increase $50 million on infrastructure spending to $300 million for the fiscal year 2017, according to the Board meeting document.

The Texas ERS has invested $178 million on infrastructure during fiscal year 2016, falling short of its $250 million target. Although the target was missed, Texas ERS is still optimistic about infrastructure investment.
