Antin bids adieu to BNP Paribas

The French fund manager’s partners completed a management buyout late last year that saw them buy the 40% stake original sponsor BNP Paribas held in the business, acquiring full ownership of the firm. BNP Paribas was a seed investor in Antin’s first infrastructure fund to the tune of €300m.
