Digital Bridge raises $4.05bn

The global investment firm closes debut fund more than $1 billion above target.

Digital Colony Management, launched by Digital Bridge Holdings in 2018, has held a final close for its debut fund at $4.05 billion. Digital Colony Partners had originally targeted $3 billion for investments in network infrastructure across towers, small cells, fiber and data centres. According to the firm, this is the first fund dedicated exclusively to this sector.

Capital commitments were received from US and international investors, including the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, PensionDanmark, Oregon State Treasury and the South Carolina Retirement System.
