Golding Capital Partners raises €336m

The European independent asset manager closes its infrastructure co-investment vehicle above target.

Golding Capital Partners has announced the final close of Golding Infrastructure Co-Investment 2016 in December 2018 with total capital commitments of €336 million. The fund was oversubscribed and exceeded the target size of €300 million. The vehicle will make 12 to 14 infrastructure co-investments in sectors such as transport, energy and logistics.

The fund’s investor base primarily consists of insurance companies, pension funds and public-sector banks.
