Omnes Capital has raised €245 million to date for its Capenergie 3. The Paris-headquartered firm has set a €200 million target and began fundraising in 2015.
Its previous fund raised €145 million in 2010.
Investors that committed to Capenergie 3 include the European Investment Bank.
The fund will target unlisted equity opportunities in renewable energy sectors in Europe.
