Osmosis snaps up Barclays infra executive(2)

Paul Bramley has been named chief financial officer of low carbon asset manager Osmosis Capital, where he will take responsibility for the firm's financial and risk management as well as overseeing its compliance and regulatory obligations. He was previously chief operating officer of Barclays Private Equity’s infrastructure funds business.

Paul Bramley has been appointed chief financial officer of Osmosis Capital, a London-based asset manager specialising in low carbon investment solutions for institutional investors.

He was formerly chief operating officer of Barclays Private Equity’s infrastructure funds business. Prior to that he was group finance director at Climate Change Capital, the advisory and investment firm focusing on green investments.
 
In his new role Bramley will take responsibility for Osmosis Capital’s financial and risk management as well as overseeing its compliance and regulatory obligations.

Osmosis Capital is thought to have recently begun marketing a low carbon fund of funds, with first close targeted for the end of the year. The fund's target size is around €200 million.
