SteelRiver company in $720m natural gas deal

Peoples Natural Gas, which is controlled by an affiliate of SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners, has agreed to pay $720m in cash and transfer certain assets and contracts to EQT Corporation in exchange for the acquisition of Equitable Gas Company.
