Strathclyde approves £150m in commitments

The UK public pension has backed three European infrastructure funds.

Strathclyde Pension Fund has approved £150 million ($200 million; €168 million) in commitments to three infrastructure vehicles, according to the fund’s November 2020 investment committee meeting minutes.

Strathclyde will invest £50 million into each of the following: Quinbrook Renewables Impact Fund, Dalmore Capital 4 and Dalmore SPF Co Investment Fund.

The £23.7 billion UK public pension fund has made £260 million in commitments to infrastructure vehicles between 2019 and 2020. These commitments have tended to focus on Western European vehicles targeting unlisted equity.
