Charles Johnson-Ferguson has been made an equity partner within the corporate finance infrastructure and government team at PwC, the professional services firm.
Having joined the firm in 2001, Johnson-Ferguson has worked on infrastructure financing, equipment financing and concession projects, working with public and private sector clients in the UK, Europe and Australia.
He has provided financial, commercial and structuring advice in sectors including transport, health, education, housing and defence.
Meanwhile, Michael Meredith and Andrew Osborn, from the firm’s Birmingham and Leeds offices respectively, have been promoted to director. Meredith specializes in health and social care transactions, while Osborn is a procurement specialist having worked on project finance and transport projects in Europe and North America.
Meanwhile, Sophie Aylard, James Bailey, Chris Barrow, Catriona Brown and Lalit Tulsiani become associate directors in infrastructure and government in London, while Jennifer Brake takes up the same position in Bristol.
PwC’s corporate finance deals team has also seen a number of promotions, with the firm appointing two new equity partners and four directors in total across its corporate finance activities in the UK.
