Squire Patton hires trio from Nabarro

Robin Baillie and two colleagues have switched from Nabarro to the London office of rival law firm Squire Patton Boggs.

Robin Baillie, an infrastructure projects expert, has joined the London office of law firm Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its global projects group and real estate practice.

In moving to the firm from Nabarro, where he was a partner, Baillie is joined by two members of his former team, associates Stefanie Atchison and Anna Le Jehan.

Baillie has been advising for the last 15 years on UK and international infrastructure projects in the primary and secondary markets. He has advised the likes of project sponsors, government bodies and infrastructure funds in sectors including roads, rail and energy.

In the UK and Ireland, he has developed a social infrastructure focus across schools, student accommodation, social housing and health.

“Squire Patton Boggs has a great track record of PFI/PPP in the UK, Europe and Asia and is now developing that capability in North America,” said Baillie in a statement. “It’s great to join such a strong projects team in the UK that also has such a powerful global platform.”
