Texas TRS' CIO to join UTIMCO

The US public retirement system sees the end of 10-year relationship with its CIO.

The chief investment officer, Britt Harris, of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) is departing TRS to join the University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO).

The TRS will consider the replacement in the July meeting and Jerry Albright, deputy chief investment officer, will serve as interim chief investment officer.
