Unlisted infrastructure fundraising for Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) is cooling down from five-year high level in 2013.

In July 2014, the New Development Bank, also known as the BRICS Development Bank was founded with total initial capital of $100 billion. One of the bank’s primary focuses is to support infrastructure developments. In the coming few years, we may see more opportunities and moves in infrastructure investments in BRICS and other emerging markets.
