COPERS seeks infrastructure service providers

The US public pension wants assistance with its investment needs.

City of Phoenix Employees’ Retirement System (COPERS) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional investment firms to assist with discretionary and non-discretionary strategic and tactical investment planning, market research, investment due diligence, portfolio monitoring, legal vetting and contracting, performance measurement and reporting for its private natural resource and private infrastructure portfolios.

The $2 billion US public pension has a 29 percent allocation to alternatives including private infrastructure.
