Merseyside Pension Fund has agreed to commit £10 million to Albion Real Assets Fund, a contact at the pension informed Infrastructure Investor. The Western European-focused fund is managed by Albion Capital.

The £8.15 billion UK public pension has a 7.0 percent target allocation to infrastructure that currently stands at 6.70 percent.

As illustrated below, Merseyside Pension Fund has made eight commitments to infrastructure funds with vintages between 2015 and 2019, which combined constitute £87.72 million.
