Wales-based DulasMHH, a wholesale supplier of photovoltaic (PV) installers in the UK, is now BayWa re Solar Systems, joining other global subsidiaries of the German renewable energy company BayWa re in the rebranding process, the two companies said in a joint statement.
BayWa re Solar Systems will continue to be the PV wholesale company representing BayWa re in the UK, according to the statement.
“With our new brand we become established in BayWa re’s competency network, benefitting from its strong brand and industry-wide recognition,” the PV supplier’s managing director Ian Draisey said.
Founded in 2009, BayWa re, a wholly-owned subsidiary of German-listed materials and energy group BayWa, is a holding company for business interests in the areas of solar, wind energy, bio-energy, and geothermal energy.
