Rhode Island State Treasury approves $20m commitment

Rhode Island State Treasury has agreed to commit $20 million to Star America Infrastructure Fund II, according to the pension’s March monthly report. The fund targets medium-sized infrastructure projects in North America.

The $8.11 billion US public pension has a 4.0 percent target allocation to infrastructure which currently stands at 3.70 percent.

Rhode Island State Treasury previously committed to $25 million to Hastings Equity Partners Fund IV, an infrastructure fund with a 2018 vintage.
