Rockland Capital has raised $288.5 million to date for its Rockland Power Partners III, per a SEC filing. The Woodlands-headquartered firm has set a $450 million target and began fundraising in 2016. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
Its previous fund raised $425 million in 2013.
Investors that committed to Rockland Power Partners III include the Utah School and Institutional Trust Fund Office.
The fund will target unlisted equity opportunities in energy sectors in North America.
