Ron Lepin leaves Morgan Stanley(4)

The chief operating officer of the investment bank’s $4bn infrastructure fund left the firm about a month ago. His departure coincides with the appointment of a new head of Americas infrastructure investment banking, Perry Offutt. Offutt replaces Rob Collins, who left Morgan Stanley in March.
