Roderick Devlin, a lawyer with extensive experience in infrastructure and the US public-private partnership (PPP; P3) market has joined US-based firm Squire Sanders as Of Counsel, the firm said in a statement.
Previously with Greenberg Traurig, Devlin has been involved in some of the most significant US P3 projects, including: the Northwest Corridor project in Georgia; the North Tarrant Express in Texas; the East End Crossing/Ohio River Bridges project in Kentucky and Indiana; and the Goethals Bridge in New York and New Jersey, according to a statement.
“We’re delighted to welcome Roddy to the firm,” said Bruce Gabriel, Squire Sanders’ Public and Infrastructure Finance practice group leader. “He has a national reputation as an experienced and respected attorney in the US P3 sector,” he added.
Established in Cleveland, Ohio in 1890, Squire Sanders has an international presence with 39 offices across 19 countries. Its more than 1,300 lawyers advise corporations, financial institutions, and government entities across a range of practice areas.
