The UK government wants the private sector to finance up to two-thirds of a decade-long, £250 billion infrastructure plan. But with the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) under review and talk of greater pension fund investment in infrastructure, Infrastructure Investor decided to ask over 200 industry professionals what they thought about the government’s plans.
