Winnipeg faces C$7.4bn infrastructure deficit(2)

The Canadian city is increasingly looking to the private sector to help it meet a an estimated C$3.8bn deficit for maintaining existing infrastructure and C$3.6bn to develop new infrastructure. Various PPPs are under way, with more to come, city leaders say.
